Dancing in Dutch

I have a friend who currently works out on the border between Thailand and Burma for Social Action for Woman. Instead of Christmas presents she asked that folk donate some money to give the kids where she works a few desperately needed essentials. I roped in another good friend of hers Douglas Sehsuvaroglu and we arranged a fundraiser.

We quickly organised a gig at my local coffee shop and we streamed live from the shop- a first for me. We managed to raise a bit of money and awareness. If you fancy donating the link is here

Next on the agenda was a trip to Den Hague for the leaving ceilidh for Marianne Lionscorner and Russell Blankenbyl. I flew in from London, picked up the band from the airport and off we went. Such a lovely weekend with a group of old pals AND  a chance to wear sequins

Myself and Jonathan did a post ceilidh gig at Quirkys cafe the next day which was amazing as always. Great folk, chat and TEA.

The other VERY EXCITING thing that has happened is that I got my CDs through in the post. If you would like one please click on this link
